New Blog. New Life.

Drinking coffee always reminds me of my family. No idea why. Perhaps it's all those family vacations we took; sharing coffee in the mornings. Anyway, I guess that is why I find myself wondering, as I fill my body with caffeinated goodness,  how my family is going to react to my current life choices.

You see, very recently, I made a huge decision. A decision that affected, and will continue to affect, every aspect of my life. It all started when I purchased a plane ticket to Los Angeles for Spring Break. I had plans to stay for a week, visiting a friend, and then return to my life in Minnesota as I knew it. Well, somewhere in the middle of that, a grand idea of me staying in Los Angeles was hatched.......and executed. So, I withdrew from my Midwestern college, located in Saint Paul, quit my jobs, and most likely: destroyed my life.

My name is Dalton Kirk. And this is the ongoing blog of my life adventures in California. It will be interesting, no doubt; you may want to stick around. I now find myself living in the converted garage of a house occupied by four random women, without a job(and therefore, without steady income), without many friends, but ultimately, in LA......to stay. Life couldn't be better..........
